R&D Level: Not Just Behind a Screen, But Out in the Fields
Many people think R&D is all about drawings and code. But at Zorime, our R&D team spends half their time in fields, orchards, and on slopes. Because we know that a mower’s real performance isn’t decided in the lab — it’s whether it can climb slopes, go down ditches, and plow through weeds without missing a beat.
With technical support from the automation expert team of the Shandong Academy of Sciences, our R&D center is equipped with advanced simulation testing systems and an environmental simulation lab. Before each new model is finalized, it undergoes at least three months of field testing: high temperature, high humidity, slope climbing, rough terrain, continuous operation — all the “frustrating scenarios” users might encounter, we test for you in advance. As our R&D staff often say: “We won’t hand it over to customers until we’re completely satisfied with it ourselves.”
Manufacturing Process: No Compromise on Standards, No Detail Overlooked
Walk into Zorime’s workshop, and you’ll see clean, organized production lines. While the level of automation is high, key processes are still overseen by experienced master technicians. Our philosophy: use machines for precision wherever possible, but never skip a manual check where it matters.
Our workshop uses a modern intelligent production management system, where every component has a unique traceability code from warehouse entry to assembly. In other words, for every screw and every circuit board on the mower in your hands, we can trace who installed it, when, and how many inspections it went through.
In addition to standard products, we have a dedicated OEM/ODM production line. Whether you need a color change, special blades, or chassis height adjustments for a specific type of vegetation, our technical team and production line can flexibly accommodate you. Typical lead time for customization is within 15 days.
Quality Control: Every Machine Is Our “Own Child”
In Zorime’s workshop, the busiest role isn’t the assembler — it’s the quality inspector. After each machine comes off the line, it goes through five inspection checkpoints: power-on test, remote control range test, blade speed check, emergency stop test, and continuous run-in aging test. Any machine that fails is sent back for rework — never shipped with issues.
We often tell our workers: “The machines we build are for farmers and orchard owners. They trust us, and we must be worthy of that trust.” This simple belief has earned Zorime’s products a reputation overseas as “rugged, reliable, and no-nonsense.”
